Waymo started as Google's Self-Driving Car Project and is on a mission to make it safe and easy for people and things to move around. I am currently doing exciting work on Waymo's Machine Learning Training team.
Contributed to Gmail's backend team working on data infrastructure for email attachments. Helped identify an issue that was leaking on the order of a billion email attachments daily.
Build out core infrastructure for labeling for machine learning at Waymo. Worked with 3D visualizations and relevant Javascript libraries. Pushed complete feature to production, increasing labeling speed and accuracy.
Created web app to improve import workflow of political boundary data into Google Maps by visualizing conflicts which enabled 200% throughput. Utilized Google's new version of MapReduce for big data parallel processing to convert Maps feature information.
As a Stamps Leadership Scholar, I received a full-ride award to attend the University of Oregon. I studied Computer Science and Math and graduated with a 4.0 & Summa Cum Laude honors.
